The GSMESKILL consortium gathered in Kilifi, Kenya, from December 2 to 4, 2025, for its final Transnational Project Meeting. Hosted by project partner Ustadi Foundation, this moment allowed the 9 international partners to finalize the project’s strategic outputs and sustainability plan.
Under the coordination of Eduforma, the working sessions were dedicated to intensive internal collaboration within the consortium. These days provided a structured space for a critical assessment of the results achieved, the exchange of consolidated feedback among partners, and targeted brainstorming on future developments. Discussions focused on how to consolidate the project’s impact, enhance the value of its key outputs, and finally fine-tune the organizational and content-related aspects of the project’s final conference.
Building on the success of previous field exchanges the partners confirmed their commitment to fostering business innovation. This meeting marks the formal end of the project timeline but opens new perspectives for future international cooperation in green skills and youth empowerment across Africa and Europe.
