On 5–6 March 2024, the GSMESKILL consortium gathered in Padua, Italy, for its Transnational Project Meeting and 𝑇𝑟𝑎𝑖𝑛 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑇𝑟𝑎𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑟 event, hosted by project partner Eduforma. The two-day session formed part of the GSMESKILL project dedicated to strengthening vocational education and entrepreneurial skills for small business development.
The first day focused on assessing the project’s achievements to date and defining the next steps for the final phase of implementation. Particular attention was given to the project’s flagship output — the 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐛𝐨𝐱 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐕𝐄𝐓 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. Partners reviewed progress and exchanged constructive feedback to refine methodologies and ensure the quality and applicability of project results.
On the second day, attention turned to the 𝑇𝑟𝑎𝑖𝑛 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑇𝑟𝑎𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑟 activities. European partners presented examples of best practices and methodologies aimed at enhancing digital learning pathways for developing entrepreneurial and 21st-century skills. Through interactive workshops and discussion sessions, SSA coaches provided valuable insights to ensure that the learning materials are tailored to the needs of VET teachers and learners in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The newly developed Toolbox will undergo a testing phase in the coming months, allowing partners and stakeholders to validate and further improve the content.Stay tuned!
